About invoice
SUPER DELIVERY and our vendors cannot issue invoices.
If necessary, please refer to the detailed statement issued by your credit card company and your "購入履歴 (Order History)".
About receipt
Please go to your "購入履歴 (Order History)" and select the credit card billing date, then click "領収書発行 (Receipts)" button to get a receipt.
- Receipts can be issued multiple times by clicking "領収書発行 (Receipts)" button. However, it will be written as “再発行 (re-issued)” from the second time and the issue date will also be updated.
- In your "購入履歴 (Order History)", the shipping fee and returns might be shown separately from your items, but they will be all included on the receipt.
- If one order is shipped separately while your credit card payment is processing, the receipt will be available only after all the products in your one single order, have all been shipped.
